Hello, I just replaced the battery in my Citizen watch. My first experience doing so, and the watch failed to operate. I assumed the battery was bad so I purchased another one and the same result....not working. Before tossing the watch I decided to do a search and came across your web page. I saw the "put the watch in a warm place" and thought "it's hopeless, but what the heck…" So I put one of those Microwave heating pads in to heat up (warm, not hot) and wrapped the watch in it for about 20 minutes….when I went to retrieve it I thought it was really a waste of time but to my pleasant surprise the watch was operating after being warmed up as your site suggested! Very happy I found it and am very grateful and thankful for your website and the professional advice!

I ordered two batteries yesterday , chose 2nd Class, and due to your prompt dispatch, and Royal Mail's unusually rapid service (for 2nd Class), they arrived today. Chose yourself to be sure of getting genuine cells.
I have now successfully replaced both batteries in my Rotary Revelation Square Face.
Twice I have paid to have this job done, costing £35 each time (without pressure testing), and the batteries have lasted no more than a couple of years.

I ordered a replacement rechargeable watch battery from here. It was a struggle to find the battery from any other UK supplier on the internet, the only other options seemed to be in the US. The order arrived promptly, but upon changing the battery I managed to damage the rubber O-Ring which keeps the watch water-proof. I searched the site for the O-Ring but it was not listed, again I struggled to find the part at another site and Casio don’t advertise the part number as it is a service centre replaceable item. I decided to give Watchbattery a call and Claire (a very friendly and helpful member of staff) identified the part number over the phone, sourced from another supplier, emailed me back the same day with a very reasonable price, and delivered the replacement to me quickly. A really first rate service, and would definitely use the company again.

I've worn original Tag F1's for around 25 years, and have a small collection of them.
Yesterday I ordered a WS-BR518BK Black Rubber Strap (£9.99 plus P&P), style 5, 18mm, to fit to my old-school Tag F1 as replacement for the original Tag strap. .
The order arrived in the post today Royal Mail first class. Well done both you and Royal Mail.
Fitting strap to the watch was easy using the spring bar tool you supplied - good product.
The new strap is 100 times better quality than the original Tag straps, which I'm fed up replacing (and now cost around £45 a time). Either they crack as the strap material is inferior and flimsy, or the pathetic Tag plastic buckle breaks. Your new strap looks much smarter, better on the watch, is excellent quality flexible rubber, the stainless steel buckle is well made and strong, and the soft rubber is comfortable to wear.
If you want to post this on your website please feel free.
Any Tag owner wants a real strap for their watch will not be disappointed with this one. Discard the horrible Tag junk strap and get one of these. I'm delighted. This is a real bargain.
