WatchBattery (UK) Ltd is a privately owned limited company, located in Swindon, Wiltshire. Originally set up in 1999, the business became incorporated in 2006.

Product Range and Customer Base:

Initially established to supply small batteries at competitive prices to the general public via the internet, WatchBattery (UK) Ltd has expanded over the years and now supplies both a large range of batteries and a huge range of watch straps, both branded and generic. We work closely with Casio to offer a selection of genuine Casio watch parts, such as o-ring case seals and additional bracelet links, as well as offering genuine replacement watch straps for branded watches from Timex, Diesel, Armani, Police and other designer brands.
Our main customer base remains the general public, but we also supply to businesses, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals and other government bodies.

Service Levels:

WatchBattery (UK) Ltd is committed to offering a high level of personal service and quality goods at competitive prices. All products are purchased from UK suppliers and are covered by UK Distance Selling Regulations. During office hours all phone calls are answered promptly by our friendly staff and every effort is made to help with your enquiry. Order Processing Schedule:

All orders received by 3.30pm on a working day will be despatched the same working day, providing the items are in stock. In the rare case of any items not being available for immediate despatch an email will be sent advising the customer of the expected despatch date. Payment Processing:

Use of our website at www.watchbattery.co.uk to pay for goods is done securely: All payments are either processed by WorldPay or by Paypal. Both services can process PayPal payments and all credit and debit card payments on our behalf. We offer this choice to suit the customer and as a back up system. As a result, we do not record or have access to your payment details - these are held solely by WorldPay or Paypal. We do however, record your contact details in order to send your goods or contact you regarding your order. Please see our Privacy statement for further details on the data we hold and how this is used.

Environmental Concerns:

WatchBattery (UK) Ltd is very conscious of the impact of waste on the environment. We recycle packaging wherever practical and, inline with the WEEE and WBAR regulations, return all electrical and electronic waste and waste batteries to be recycled. When practical all our employees walk or cycle to work help further reduce our carbon footprint.
