This genuine Casio replacement translucent grey resin strap (Casio strap code:450-F6-14 Casio part no:10148912) is for the Casio Baby-G models BGA-169A-8, BG-169R-8 and following variants:

Width of band at shoulder is 23mm with a 14mm spring bar fitting.
