Metal Spring Bar Removal Tool - Small Size
This metal version of the spring bar removal tool comes with a very fine forked end for use with small watch straps. The ends unscrew and the replacement end pieces can also be be used with this tool.
The spring bar removal tool is used for removing the spring bars which connect the watch strap to the watch shoulders. With leather or plastic straps, the forked end can be used to compress the spring bar, allowing the watch strap to be removed and replaced.
Alternatively, for metal watch straps, where the end of the spring bar can be seen from the outside of the watch shoulder, the fine point at the other end of the tool can be used to remove spring bars. The same pointed end can also be used to push out the pins in metal bracelet watch straps.
Supplied with a fine pointed tip measuring approx. 0.8 mm, a fine forked end tip measuring approx. 1.2 mm.
The replacement forked end tip available as an additional part measures approx. 3 mm.
