The Casio WVQ-570E-1AVER WaveCeptor Hero Model watch as featured in the SEAT UK Sport Team is part of the Casio WaveCeptor radio controlled range of watches.
The latest additions to Casio’s high performance collection of radio-controlled watches have a motor sports inspired design. Visually stunning with carbon fibre pattern styling on the face and a unique velocity indicator, this four-motor chronograph with unique dial design delivers a leading edge specification.
The Casio WVQ-570E-1AVER WaveCeptor Hero Model watch features:
- AUTO LED. A light-emitting diode (LED) is used to illuminate the watch face, incl. the feature of an Auto Light Switch that illuminates the display when the watch is angled towards the face.
- DCF/MSF Radio Signal Receiver. A built-in radio signal receiver ensures that the exact time is displayed across much of Europe. Watches with this symbol can pick up radio signals from Germany and the UK.
- Neobrite. A luminous coating provides long-term illumination in the dark after only a short exposure to light.
- Second time zone. A second location time can be set and called up. Ideal if you frequently make overseas calls.
- Stopwatch function (1/100 - 1HR). Elapsed time, split time and final time are measured with 1/100-sec accuracy. The watch can measure times of up to 1 hour.
- Daily alarm without an hourly chime. An accoustic signal goes off daily at a set time.
- Speed display (VELOCITY INDICATOR). The average speed for a travelled route can be measured. Simply enter the distance at the start and press the stop watch when the destination has been reached - and the average speed is shown.
- 2 Years - 1 Battery. One battery will supply your watch with the power it needs for about 2 years. Uses CR1616 lithium coin cell battery.
- Full Auto Calendar. Allowances are made automatically for months of different lengths, in case date corrections for leap years are required.
- 12/24-hour Timekeeping. Times can be displayed in either a 12-hour or 24-hour format.
- Mineral Glass. Hard glass resists scratching.
- Safety Catch. Always reliable: This watch has a particularly secure safety catch, which helps prevent the strap from opening by mistake.
- Water resistance classification (10 bar / 100m). Perfect for swimming and snorkelling: the watch is water resistant to 10 bar / 100 metres. The metres value does not relate to a diving depth but to the air pressure used in the course of the water resistance test. (ISO 2281)
