These spring bars are 1.2mm in diameter and come in 3 different Watch Spring Bar lengths; 20mm, 25mm and 30mm.
The length of the spring bar selected should match the measurement of the gap between the shoulders of the watch. This is most often the width of the watch strap. So if your strap is 20mm in width and fits snugly between your watch's shoulders then the spring bar length to select is 20mm.
