This battery charger offers many features making it an ideal battery charger for home use where different sizes and types of battery need recharging.
The Fameart UC05 Intelligent Battery Charger is capable of charging AA, AAA, C, D, and PP3 (9V block) size rechargeable batteries whether NiMH or NiCd. The microprocessor control will detect when batteries have received their full charge and revert to trickle charge mode to keep the batteries at their optimum level of performance. (Trickle charge does not apply to PP3 sizes). Batteries are charged in pairs 2 or 4 AAA, AA, C, D, and 1 or 2 PP3.
The Fameart UC05 Intelligent Battery Charger features 2 independent charging banks, able to perform different functions simultaneously. This means you can charge 2 unique sets of 2 batteries. eg. you can put 2 NiMH or NiCd AA batteries in one bank and 2 NiMH or NiCd AAA batteries in the other. You can charge 2 PP3 batteries at the same time.
Safety features include reverse polarity safety protection and short circuit protection, with a Light Emitting Diode (LED) to indicate battery charging status: fast battery charging, trickle charging or wrong polarity.
