Telephone orders We are no longer able to take orders over the telephone. Increased credit card security
precludes us from making these orders on your behalf. The increased security which most credit
card companies now offer for online payment is a welcomed move, but it does mean that we can no longer
offer a telephone service.
The internet payment system via WorldPay (part of the Royal Bank of Scotland), is very secure.
You will notice the padlock icon appears at the bottom of your browser window when you are entering
your credit card details indicating that the transaction is taking place on a secure server.
However, if you do not have a credit card, debit card or Paypal account, you can use our
printable order form and
send us a cheque (made payable to WatchBattery UK Ltd).
